Since the Happier Moments is California based company, any customer within the state of California may be subject to tax due. Customer outside of California are exempt from tax.

- Available to all 48 continental U.S. States.

Processing Time
- For all cosmetic items:
We usually ship out most of our orders in 1-2 business days. In a very rare case, it may take up to 3 days at the latest.

- For all blank items:
We usually ship out most of our orders in same business day or the next day it was ordered. In a very rare case, it may take up to 2 days at the latest. 

- For all printed items:
It will usually take 1-3 business days to process your order, print your item, and prepare for shipment. In a very rare case, it may take up to 4 days at the latest. 

During holidays please expect delays as the order volumes are higher than usual, although we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Time
- Once the ordered package ships out from the facility, USPS shipping usually takes 1-7 business days for the delivery.

Please keep in mind shipping time might also take longer during the holidays.

Returns
- For all cosmetic items: products must be new, unopened and in original condition. Any damaged package/open items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

- For all blank items: You may return the item for an exchange or refund.

- For all printed items: All printed items are made-to-order.
Due to the nature of this print-on-demand product, we don't accept returns unless you've received a wrong/damaged item.
If you receive a wrong/damaged item, we will gladly help you to resend the item or issue a refund.
