- Please see the size chart below for this T-Shirt and make sure to order the correct size based on your chest measurement.

Please allow ± 1" tolerance.

- For men, the T-Shirt should fit well if you go with your normal size.

- For women, consider ordering your regular size for a relaxed fit or size down ONLY if you really want more of a tailored/snugger fit.

Processing Time
- For all flower balloon & preserved flower gift product:

Most orders are typically prepared within 2~5 business days for store pickup or shipment. In rare cases, processing may take up to 7 business days. 

- For all blank items:

We usually ship out most of our orders in same business day or the next day it was ordered. In a very rare case, it may take up to 2 days at the latest. 

- For all printed items:
It will usually take 1-3 business days to process your order, print your item, and prepare for shipment. In a very rare case, it may take up to 4 days at the latest. 

During holidays please expect delays as the order volumes are higher than usual, although we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Time
- Once the ordered package ships out from the facility, USPS shipping usually takes 1-7 business days for the delivery.

Please keep in mind shipping time might also take longer during the holidays.

Returns
- For all flower balloon & preserved flower gift product: All flower gift items are made-to-order.
We don't accept returns unless you've received a wrong/damaged item.
If you receive a wrong/damaged item, we will gladly help you to resend the item or issue a refund.

- For all blank items: You may return the item for an exchange or refund.

- For all printed items: All printed items are made-to-order.
